In the role as a R&D Manager you'll have the responsibility for a team consisting of appr 20 product developers. Your role is to ensure execution of Product development projects (NPD) by securing resources and capabilities from own team. Member of the PMO&PD Leadership team. We are looking for a people-person who has a strong interest in leadsership and with the team in focus!
Qualifications
General R&D manager Accountabilities
• Leading a team of direct reports, incl objective setting and development conversations, salary reviews etc in line with overall HR policies and procedures / timings.
• Lead and develop the R&D team in own organization with focus on delivering expected outcomes in line with MHC leadership culture, values and principles, development of people with focus on talents, capabilities and organizational efficiency in terms of size, cost and capabilities, in line with overall HR policies and procedures
• Ensures adherence to global budget process
