Product information, an area with rapid development, plays an important role in our communication with customers in a digitized environment. We continually ensure that the right information is available when requested, which makes the quality of our product information critical. With service responsibility for our Enovia PLM platform, our department supports the business based on the products' lifecycles.
The team includes product specialists and business developers, and works in close cooperation with a lot of stakeholders in all parts of the company. We are now looking for an R&D Manager for PLM Methods and Applications, someone who wants to develop and form an organization based on reliable networks.
Key performance areas
As an R&D Manager, you identify the needs of the business and explore how we can meet them. You are able to capture the technical needs of the business to investigate what opportunities are available to develop, implement and manage them in our PLM systems. You have staff responsibility for three people and you help them develop both skills and work capacity. Furthermore, you identify and build strong networks within all levels of the organization.
The position includes international travel of up to 25 days a year.
We are looking for someone with a university degree and at least three years of experience from working with PLM. You have good skills in MS Office and, since we work in an international setting, communicate well in both verbal and written English. Knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
