You will be responsible for leading and coordinating an R&D group based in Uppsala
Lead an RnD team with engineers engaged in the development of our unique chemical reactor technology.
Plan the work together with the team with clear short- and long-term goals and responsibilities
Implement efficient processes for the R&D work
Responsible for university collaborations connected to the R&D work
Assist with internal and external communication to stakeholders
Participate in the long-term planning of the technology development in the company
The position is at the NitroCapt headquarter at Green Innovation Park at the SLU campus in Uppsala, Sweden.

Qualifications:
MSc in relevant engineering areas (chemical, mechanical, physics, electrical). PhD is a merit.
Proven exceptional leadership skills
Extensive experience in R&D from academy and/or industry
Personality
Curious with a high level of personal engagement
A lot of drive towards progress
Both a leader and a doer, capable of performing both hands-on work as well as participate in strategic planning
Exceptionally good communication skills
A great team player
Highly structured, efficient, and used to set up goals and follow up progress
