Now we're looking for a skilled and driven R&D manager to a new group formed to expand our product portfolio. So, what are you going to do today?

Alfa Laval invests in the field of separation technology with increased focus on innovation. Our products are continuously subject for challenging improvements in order to be Technology Leader on the market. In order to expand our business, we seek opportunities where centrifugal separation has potential. We are looking for passionate, driven engineers and scientists who can help us to do even better than we do today.
The Biotech R&D Manager will join a very well reputed existing R&D department, which are now expanding its focus within Life Science applications. We are world leading within high speed separators in this application, and we are looking at developing new products within this segment to further strengthen our position and generate further growth. It involves new market demands that require different products from what we offer today, such as single-use. A new R&D group will be formed for this purpose, and you will be the one to lead it.
Knowledge and experience from the Life Science industry is essential for a successful candidate, as well as having a passion for product development.
Who you are
* You have a Master's degree in Science or Engineering
* You have working experience from the Biotech, Pharmaceutical or MedTech Industry
* You are skilled in running R&D work, initiating and coordinating, working across all functions.
* Experience from single-use products is meritorious
