Our R&D team is responsible for electrics and automation of the stationary crushing and screening processes for our global customers, and we ensure development of new techniques and improvements in our automation systems. In this exciting position as manager, you have the overall mission to lead both strategic initiatives and the daily operative work for your team members. A key area is motivating and developing your team and establishing a collaborative and high performing environment. Together, you enhance the capacity of products, components, equipment, systems and processes, and you ensure delivery according to set parameters. You're also responsible for various R&D projects, in which you make sure we drive relevant development activities in a direction that supports our short and long-term objectives.

We're looking for someone with a degree in Electrical Engineering or within automation. You have several years of experience from leading and developing teams, along with solid knowledge and understanding of R&D technologies and methods. If you're familiar with development and maintenance of software it's beneficial, and we highly value your ability to use modern ways of managing projects, such as Agile or Scrum. We act in a global setting, which means your English skills must be advanced.
