Key duties and responsibilities:
• Work on the method development for variety of food plant products to improve their freezing tolerance,
• Work closely with other team members on projects,
• Assist in planning product development steps,
• Conduct various assignments under limited supervision,
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and process technical data,
• Share knowledge and results through technical reports and team presentations.
Key requirements:
• BS or MS in Food Science or related degree,
• Knowledge about food processing methods such as freezing, vacuum impregnation, Pulsed Electric Field treatment,
• Practical experience in microscopy and microscopy techniques (fluorescent microscopy),
• Basic chemical laboratory skills and knowledge of food lab instrumentation,
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel,
• Ability to identify and recommend solutions,
• Team work spirit and good communication skills,
• Possess creative thinking,
• Understands risk management.
