Huawei's Lund Research Centre is looking for a Cooperation Manager responsible for cooperation ecosystem construction, including technology planning and managing the setup of cooperation projects in Lund Research Centre. As the cooperation Manager, you will participate in all cooperation projects, grasp cooperation topics and apply for budget, NDA, e-flow, contract etc.
Responsibilities
Follow up and drive the setup of cooperation projects to fulfil targets and KPIs in Lund RC.
Cooperate and communicate with other CM and PM in detail about each project and the Stockholm platform cooperation team.
Identify the risks in the project and solve the problems so that the project can proceed smoothly as planned target by using the project management method and more communication skills.
Explore newest ICT research and analysis to facilitate local office and contribute to local research ecosystem.
Support research cooperation activities with partners such as universities and start-ups.
Skills requirements
Advanced Master or PhD in wireless communication, EE, or similar fields of ICT from Swedish Universities.
1-3 years of working experience is a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of cutting edge ICT technologies is a plus.
A good university network in Sweden, but also in Europe, is a plus.
Self-driven spirit with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
A careful way of working is essential.
Good at teamwork
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken), Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
It's an onsite consultant position at Huawei in Lund.
