Kingspan Insulation is now offering an exciting opportunity for an R&D Engineer to join the team in Jönköping, Sweden.
About the job:
As a R&D Engineer you will be working independently with developing product characteristics and optimising production processes in order to efficiently manufacture products that are aligned with developments in the insulation products market. In this role you will be able to influence both your own and the company's development.
Main responsibilities
* Research into product improvement.
* Optimisation of production methods.
* Application of new production techniques both in the lab and in production.
* Project team results.
* Verification of product specifications.
* Leading role in project teams.
* Developing new products and applications.
* Setting standard operating procedures.
* Trouble shooting in case of process issues.
Candidate profile
In order for you to fully enjoy this job we are looking for you with 3-5 years' work experience from a similar role with relevant academic education preferably in the field of chemical engineering. You have relevant knowledge of chemical engineering, affinity with chemistry and knowledge of production techniques, preferably insulation products.
As a person you are result driven, flexible and have excellent analytical skills. It is important that you appreciate working independently and in a global team. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a production environment as well as a lab. Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English is a must. Communication skills and your ability to build a network of contacts is the key to success.
