• Represent the interests and assure information flow (technical, organizational, economical etc) between Valeo sites and the customers.
• Design and development activity coordination in the scoop of customer’s vehicle project, including advanced engineering projects
• Support exchange of CAD data between front office, production site and customer, coordination of releases from the customer during development and serial delivery including change management
• Coordination of all tested parts needed for the development with project team and follow up of prototype status.
• Support within negotiations with the customers
• Support of R&D actions to achieve budget, reports on weekly basis.
Who are you?
You have an MSc in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent university degree.
You have experience of the automotive industry. Experience within Volvo is an advantage. A few years of professional project experience.
As a person you should have a natural drive and commitment. You are clear, direct and easy to interact with all the people within an organization. You have experience of co-ordination. You appreciate having the total overview and to be the key person in a group who holds things together. You are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written, and have a good knowledge in English.
Good computer skills are a prerequisite.
