NIL Technology is growing, and we are looking to expand our team with a mastering R&D engineer for our AR mastering group. You will work in the cleanroom where your primary responsibilities will be to develop and refine processes for masters as well as occasionally help our production team with fabrication of high quality AR masters for our customers worldwide.
The cleanroom work will primarily involve working with reactive ion beam etching (RIBE), dry/wet etching processes and lithography processes like electron beam lithography (EBL) and maskless lithography; hence, we expect you to have a high level of experience with these processes, and that you are experienced with nanofabrication and metrology in general. This includes, but is not limited to, experience with thin film depositions (E-beam evaporator, sputtering, PECVD, and ALD) and their characterization methods (ellipsometry and profiling) as well as scanning-electron- and atomic-force- microscopy (SEM/AFM).
You will be based in our branch in Gothenburg, Sweden, and your work will primarily be carried out in the MC2 cleanroom at Chalmers University. You will work closely together with colleagues in mastering located in Sweden and Denmark.
Flexibility regarding working hours including occasional work in weekends is expected to the extend required to complete the tasks in the cleanroom in due time. Travelling activities between sites in SE and DK might be required as well.
You will be part of a company that offers a fast moving and busy work environment, where all opinions are valued together. We appreciate team spirit and mutual success very high. We have a profound "we win and we lose together" spirit which we value and culture.
