About the position
As an R&D Engineer within Dentsply Sirona Implants you are a key person with responsibilities in the development of new products and treatment concepts as well as improvements on current product lines.
Your key responsibilities:
• Develop new products and treatment concepts
• Development activities in various stages in cross-functional project teams
• Identify, drive and implement improvements in existing implant assortment
• Develop product documentation in compliance with applicable engineering standards, regulatory requirements, Medical Device Directive, FDA and internal Quality Management Systems
The position is situated at the Dentsply Sirona Implants headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden.
Who you are
You are a positive, proactive and driven team player with an analytical and problem solving attitude. You are open to new challenges and enjoy working in a global environment where your efforts make a difference.
We believe you have:
• An academic background (BSc, MSc or equivalent), preferably in mechanical engineering
• At least five years of experience from product development, preferably in a medical device industry or equivalent
• Experience from technical documentation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for product design, development and manufacturing processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
