Research & Development, Technical Product Management department, is now looking for an engineer with experience from development and maintenance of packaging systems.
DESCRIPTION
As R&D Engineer ? Packaging, you will be responsible for changes in design and materials in the protective packaging for our existing assortment. In development projects you will take part in the development of the complete packaging system, i.e. the combination of sterile barrier system and protective packaging. You will interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have an academic education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in Chemical/Mechanical engineering, material science or equivalent with several years of experience in product development or maintenance of packaging systems. You need to have experience from medical device, food processing, pharmaceutical packaging or other product areas with high demands on hygiene and traceability. If you are familiar with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD 93/42/EEC and FDA Quality System Regulation, it is considered as an advantage. It is required that you are familiar with packaging technologies and an advantage if you have experience from implementing a product in production. It is desirable that you have handled technical documentation in a PDM system and have excellent documentation and communication skills, in both English and Swedish.
