You will as a R&D Engineer in the Lab and Test Engineering team use your expertise and be a key contributor to research and development projects of medical devices across our different platforms, Implants, Regenerative and Digital Solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
• Planning, execution and documentation of testing and analyzes in product development projects and identified product changes
• Development and validation of suitable test methods
• Contribution to the process of building and establishing the laboratory service function to meet requests from different R&D platforms
• Maintain and develop laboratory facilities and equipment to meet current and future requirements

We believe you have:
• An academic background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent with several years of experience in the field of medical device development
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting mechanical equipment in a lab environment and analyzing the results
• In depth knowledge of statistics and data analyzing skills and the ability to present data
• Passion to provide accurate data with attention to detail
• Analytical skills, scientific and innovative thinking and a proactive approach combined with a high level of personal accountability and accuracy
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, in English as well as Swedish
