While experience from cutting-tool material development is advantageous, it is not a requirement for the right person.

As we act on a global stage, you have great skills in both written and verbal English. Swedish is not an initial requirement but, on a long-term basis, as non-Swedish applicant you are expected to develop your Swedish skills to a level where you can communicate in Swedish during meetings.

We are sincerely interested in your personality, characterized by your curious approach and the way you balance small details with an understanding of the bigger picture. You truly enjoy a challenge and to creatively find new solutions, and you are a structured and quality-conscious problem-solver.
