We currently have the following job opening;
R&D Director
As R&D Director your work as a project leader and drive the cross functional development of the vehicles over time. You should lead and coordinate activities related to vehicle development. This work involves lead concept selection activities, balance technical solutions to meet cross functional requirements including cost and timing. You will be working in close collaboration with our colleagues in Geely, therefor fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for this position.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience from vehicle development within automotive industry.
- Inspiring leadership capabilities with documented experience as leader of complex projects.
- Good at building and inspiring teams.
- M.Sc. in mechanical engineering or similar theoretical background.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin - spoken and written.
