The mission for YMSP is to establish the necessary R&D collaboration processes and IT solutions to support our cooperation projects in the VW Truck & Bus Group.
Navistar is now a strategic alliance partner within the VW T&B group, and Scania will be delivering and developing powertrains to Navistar.
To support and secure this, we need a Collaboration Specialist, managing and driving the R&D Collaboration towards Navistar.
Your main responsibilities
Manage and drive the R&D collaboration activities towards Navistar together with VW T&B Holding, and MAN T&B.
Understanding the business models in place, and how they will affect the existing cooperation.
Secure the requirements on both Scania and Navistar, as well as VW T&B and MAN T&B, ensuring that the R&D processes and IT systems are aligned to enable smooth cooperation aiming at efficiency and reduction of "waste" on all levels.
Drive and assist the R&D collaboration capabilities* towards Navistar together with VW T&B Holding, and MAN T&B.
You will be an integrated part of the existing R&D Collaboration team, that will support you in your tasks.
Act as a Single Point Of Contact for the R&D Collaboration team towards Navistar.
CAD exchange/Part Master Data/Structure Codes and Rules/Change Management/E&E/Requirements/Test/Simulation/Project Support
Your profile
Leadership and ability to communicate with the collaboration teams as well as stakeholders on all levels.
Ability to understand needs, both internal and external, and to motivate and take decisions regarding priorities and ways of working.
Ability to produce necessary documentation for stakeholders, steering committees and financial follow up is highly important.
Ability to adapt to changes and new input is equally important.
