Quotation Specialist / Parts Detective

This position will be working in the Distribution Center in Tumba Site, following up with spare parts for customers all over the world.
About the job
In this position as Parts Detective, you will have a key responsibility in the DC in Tumba. This role focuses on guaranty and increase the service level and technical knowledge.
Our customers are spread all over the world. In the role as Parts Detective, you will be an important cooperation partner when it comes to technical questions. One of the main responsibilities of the role is to identify items/spare part for separators, decanters, freshwater generators, filters, etc. and to be able to create offers, set prices, and produce alternative solutions when there are no precedents or spare part available.
Who you are
You are customer oriented and thrive in environments with quick changes. You prefer following systems and processes. You are systematic and a good team player.
What you know
You hold a technical degree or relevant technical experience. Knowledge of mechanical and technical products is required. Experience of Alfa Laval products is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required, Swedish is good to have.
