Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Metso Minerals is now looking for a proactive and technically skilled Quotation Manager to lead our Equipment & Systems Team in Sala.

In this exciting role, you will lead a team of talented professionals and continuing to develop our competitive and cutting edge services.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Check incoming requests ( based on technical and commercial aspects )
Develop a new and uniformed price calculation for EQ proposals
Implement the new quotation layout
Work closely with the purchase department to get price updates
Co-ordinate the resources
Support the SSO's with general feedback
Prepare the input for the order execution
Check the T&C's of a contract
Organize the resources in the department
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Technology and sound experience of the mining industry and, ideally our products, as well as some experience when it comes to checking terms and conditions in contracts.
As this is a manager position, with personnel reporting directly to you, it is essential that you have knowledge of workplace & employment law and ideally previous supervisory experience.
You will have good functional knowledge of change management and have the ability to successfully lead and influence.
Joining an international company, you will have effective written and verbal communication skills in English and a good command of the Swedish language.
