hela Sverige ? Receive, review and understand quality items from a Customer perspective reported from Quality
Assurance / Reliability Testing
• Defined warranty score per quality item reported (standardized rating and harmonization in rating)
• Lead and Drive "handshake" meeting. Items reported from Quality Assurance/ Reliability Testing.
• Register items in to R&D tracking systems ( Issue tracker / SW issues)
• Support R&D issue owner with necessary additional information, if required.
• Follow up and drive issue (Issue tracker / SW issues) related to Quality Assurance/ Reliability testing
• Support Technical Quality Manager (TQM) and continuously report status to the Technical Meetings and
in Gate Reviews.
• Analyse and identify trends in Quality remarks from internal and external surveys.
• Remedying immediately resulting quality problems on the test cars in the QAP / Quality Assurance /
reliability test to prevent blockage in reliability tests
• Build a competence and experience centre (bank) in respect of quality issues from the Quality
Assurance/Reliability
• Proactively attend to project meetings to prevent Customer Satisfaction / Quality issues.
• Give input to FMA - Failure Mode Avoidance process ( Robustness assessment and FMEA ( Cause and
effect analysis)
• Support the organization with Quality tools and methods.
• Build a competitive experience in cooperation with the Vehicle Integration team of competitors via
external surveys / database such as A2Mac
• Attend to Lessons Learn sessions.
• Cooperation with the Chinese team is essential
• Attend to improvement workshops
Leadership skills, experience of global projects. Product development processes. Change management.
MSC or BSC or equal work experience
Experience in work instructions/methods development
Good communications skills
Experience in multi cultural work environment
