• Responsible for following up internal deviations, producing statistical data and, based on follow-ups, introducing corrective / preventive measures
• Participate in the investigation of external complaints, both to customers and suppliers
• Conduct improvement work and implement improvements, e.g. standardization of working methods
• Develop the company's quality culture
• Document your daily work in systems and instructions
• Collaborate and communicate with other support functions
We want to work with you who have a technical education at the lowest high school level, or other education that we consider equivalent. You are an experienced user of the Office package and are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as part of the work may involve reporting to our foreign sales, customers and suppliers. You are welcome to have experience of internal audits and knowledge of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
As a person, we believe that you are curious, solution-oriented and have a high energy level. The work can involve days with sharp turns between tasks and therefore requires that you have a good ability to prioritize and are not afraid to make decisions.
Experience from production processes for cable manufacturing and quality training is an advantage.
Access according to agreement. The position is permanent and fulltime employment. Location: Söderfors.
