About the roleAs a Quality support specialist you will be a part of a
team where you'll be responsible for supporting the market with product
knowledge of the Husqvarna digital services. The primary focus is to act as a
single point of contact for quality improvements raised by Husqvarna Groups
sales companies and distributors around the world. You will receive improvement
requests from customers, sales companies and distributors and inform them about
short-term and long-term solutions.
You will work in close
cooperation with R&D, GIS, factories, and suppliers to analyze the
identified problems, feedback the identified issues into new development
projects as well as report and prioritize improvements on existing platforms.
The role includes
travelling to domestic and international locations 15-30 days/year and visits
with key customers on regular basis and participate in quality performance
As Quality Support Specialist
you will also train service personnel, primarily related to implemented product
& service improvements.
In your duties you will
also prepare, analyze and distribute monthly data reports to the management

Job description*Act as main contact with
service organisation, supporting them to solve digital quality related issues
• Feedback the identified
issues from field into new development projects
• Prioritize product
improvements on existing platforms
• Develop presentation material
and carry out training of service personnel
• Visit key customers on a
regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews
• Participate in Quality
related work-packages of Husqvarna Digital development Process and take
responsibility for Product Quality deliverables
• Develop, anchor and
implement strategies for how to meet customers' needs for digital support
• In consultation with
other stakeholders, develop proposals for activities and present and follow up
these in appropriate forums.
• In cases where it is
required - take on the project coordinator role to involve the right
• Together with the process
development group, develop appropriate processes within digital quality support
and customer interaction and implement them in the business
• Promote a customer
centric mindset in the digital support interaction with other stakeholders
• Track and make
transparent the performance in the field including identify and tailor tools to
improve the performance

Your profile:

Required Qualifications*Bachelors Degree in
SW/Digital Engineering or equivalent
• Experience of
engineering, app-development or after sales experience in a high-volume manufacturing
• Fluent in Swedish and
English, both spoken and written
• Ability to speak freely
in front of medium size audiences
• Work experience in Agile
methods, ITIL, Scrum etc.

• Strong analytical and
problem solving skills
• Holistic system
understanding for the interaction of mechanics - electronics - software
• Knowledge in Six Sigma
• Strong personal computer
skills, to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office software
• applications (Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, power-BI.
