We are now recruiting an QUALITY SPECIALIST.
As a quality specialist, you have post market surveillance responsibilities as complaint handling, adverse event reporting, and support through post market data and analysis to product teams, manufacturing, supply chain, and R & D, as required.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Manages complaint workflow and processes complaints within software applications.
Interacts with Regulatory Authorities to answer follow-up questions, provide investigation details, establishing root cause.
Ensures the timely reporting of adverse events to applicable regulatory bodies.
Serves as contact for quality and regulatory related matters.
Communicates with customers to establish a full understanding of the issues.
Analyzes trends in data for the purpose of initiating corrective actions to resolve or prevent product issues.
Identifies, communicates and tracks high priority issues relating to safety, complaints and systemic customer satisfaction.
Who are you?
A good background could be if you have worked with customer support/services and preferebly in a complaint or quality department or have orther experience with complaint handling.
We also see that you respond to the following standards:
Experience in resolving issues for internal and external customers.
Excellent analytical decision making and problem solving skills.
Track record of business and customer orientation.
Good computer skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of english and you have an advantage if you also understand swedish.
