We need to reinforce our Global Product Quality Department with Quality specialists - Technical Support. One within the area Battery and electrical products for Categories Handheld/ Wheeled Walk Behind and one within the Category Wheeled Walk Behind.
The primary focus of this position is to act as a single point contact for product related quality problems raised by customers.
You will primarily work with:
• Single point contact for product related quality problems
o Collect, review and prioritize product related quality problems raised by customers forwarded by the Sales and Service Organisation
o Make an initial analysis and forward the issue to the correct Husqvarna area for problem resolution
o Complete problem information in collaboration with Sales and Service Organisation and the final customer
o Support problem solving team to get more information from customer and in implementation of containment actions including rework and provision of replacement parts
• Technical Sales and After Sales support
o Creation of Technical documentation and service bulletins for Product Quality related issues
o Training of Service Personnel
o Visit key customers on a regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews
We seek you who have high degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of R&D and/or manufacturing processes.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills, ability to persuade people.
Ability to speak freely in front of medium size audiences in English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
You have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and 3 or more years of engineering, quality or after sales experience in a high-volume JIT manufacturing environment.
