Quality Specialists, Technical Analysis / Product Improvement

We need to reinforce our Global Product Quality Department with Quality Specialist, Technical Analysis / Product Improvement. One within each Category, Ride On, Wheeled Walk Behind and Handheld.
The primary focus of this position is to initiate and control the process of quality improvement and technical analysis regarding running products and to make the lessons learned available to new projects
You will work with:
• Quality Improvement regarding running product
• Proactive Monitoring of Quality performance
• Lessons learned which means that you will be identify common problems and solution, provide Lessons learned Reports and be the single point contact for clarification and drive the incorporation of lessons learned into Product and process standards
We seek you who have high degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of R&D and/or manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, in addition to excellent interpersonal teamwork and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to travel as required to domestic and international locations.
Fluent in English language.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and 3 or more years of engineering, quality, after sales experience in a high-volume JIT manufacturing environment.
