Danone is looking for a Quality Specialist to our factory in Tomelilla, Österlen and it can be you! The factory is based in Lunnarp outside of Tomelilla and we proudly produce our own brand ProViva, a unique probiotic fruit drink among other similar plant-based products e.i. ALPRO. We add innovation and refine what nature offers.
As a quality specialist you act as an ambassador for Quality & Food Safety and work in close collaboration with the factory's employees and leaders. In your role as a Quality Specialist, you will be working with and take responsibility for a large scope of various quality assurance activities and processes within the factory. Support with improvement and development initiatives within quality assurance and control.
Involved in developing quality systems
Maintaining high food safety standard by updating, implementing new standards and follow up
Challenge the status quo and create new ways of working to ensure continuous improvement.
Conduct and work with the implementation of internal and external audits
Drive, be part of and lead focus improvement groups.
Be up to date with all regulations and standards relevant to our business and inform the organization of updates
Create and conduct trainings connected to Quality & Food Safety
ABOUT YOU
University degree within food technology or food safety or equal work experience
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Have worked with HACCP, VACCP and TACCP and are familiar with FSSC 22000 standard
You are organized and have good computer skills and are proficient in MS Office products including MS Excel, PowerPoint and database programs.
As a person you are positive, driven, communicative, innovative, results oriented and efficient.
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and meeting tight deadlines.
Its beneficial to have worked within similar factory environment
It's a merit if you have experience in Good Solutions, Sharepoint, Quality Windows, SAP, Labmaster and are an advanced user of Excel.
You express yourself with ease in both Swedish and English
