About the role
Etraveli Group is growing quickly and we are now seeking Quality Specialists for our customer support in Uppsala and Athens. As a Quality Specialist, you will monitor the quality of a random selection of cases handled at customer support, check the manual sales of ancillary products, and analyze complaints from our partners and costs related to error handling, among other things.
You will have contact with employees in our customer service offices, both in-house and outsourced.
You will be part of a team of eight people in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to structure your work independently.
You will report directly to the Quality Manager.
Who you are
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have previous experience from the travel industry or with quality, and preferably with experience from customer service. You have good command of English both verbally and in writing. Further, as the tempo is sometimes quite high, we believe that you are an organized person who has the ability to prioritize. You enjoy working both in groups and on your own as you will work closely with colleagues in the team while taking a high degree of responsibility for your work. Most importantly, you have the will to learn and the drive to always do your best!
Desired skills
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre and / or Galileo.
• Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of one of these languages: Italian, Finnish, Russian, German, Arabic or Romanian.
