We need to reinforce our Global Product Quality Department with a Quality Specialist, Technical Analysis within the category for Handheld Petrol products.
We seek you who have high degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of R&D and/or manufacturing processes.
The primary focus of this position is to initiate and control the process of quality improvements and technical analysis regarding running products and to make the lessons learned available into running R&D projects.
This includes:
• Make sure lessons learned activities are implemented in production by analysis of 8D-reports etc.
• Facilitate rework operations.
The position is also responsible for driving product quality issues raised by the Technical Support function and to:
• Act as product quality representative in R&D service examinations for new products.
• Attend/manage and follow up technical councils in order to reduce resolution time.
• In-depth analyses of quality issues, both by investigating warranty data and product samples.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and three or more years of engineering, quality, after sales experience in a high-volume JIT manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a strong analytical- and problem solving person with excellent interpersonal teamwork skills. You are prepared to take responsibility, initiative and looking for a challenge to grow in. You will work independently in a global organisation with major development opportunities. Good English skills both written and oral proficiency is a requirement.
