We need to reinforce our Global Product Quality Department with Quality specialists - Planning and prevention. One within each Category, Ride On, Accessories & Tools and Handheld.
The primary focus of this position is to drive the process of quality planning in new product projects focusing on prevention and error proofing and be the product quality primary representative in the ongoing development projects.
You will
• Drive Advanced Quality Planning for new products
• Maintain Quality transparency in projects (eg. QM-plan document, verification / validation testing results) during the product life cycle
• Be the driver for quality improvement actions for total product lifetime until product elimination
• Support Plant-Quality and SQA in product-quality related issues
We seek you who have high degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of R&D and/or manufacturing processes.
Previous experience managing large projects within budgetary and time constraints, in addition to leading problem-solving activities using a disciplined problem-solving process.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, in addition to excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills.
Fluent in English language.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and 3 or more years of engineering, quality, after sales experience in a high-volume JIT manufacturing environment.
