About the Talent program
We are looking for highly motivated talents to join Ascom and their journey for the upcoming twelve months. During the talent program you will have the opportunity to get a deeper understanding of Ascom 's products, get further education within your field of technology, lectures with important knowledge of collaboration and communication in an agile team.
During the program you will have a dedicated mentor and combine your daily work with the benefits of the Tomorrow Talent program.
About the role
You will be an important part in the processes of maintaining the quality of Ascom 's products such as Android smart phones, Wifi and Dect systems. You will be responsible for the complete handling, coordination and troubleshooting work of customer issues related to software. That includes responsibility for planning, prioritizing and reporting progress as well as divergences of your own work. A typical task you 'll be working on is product complaint (as a third line support) investigate it together with the developer team to make sure it will be resolved, tested and corrected before the software is sent to customer.
In this position you will be working in a team and you will cooperate with colleagues within Ascom worldwide as well as customers and suppliers. You need to be ready and willing to do some travel in this position, typically a few days every second month.

Your profile
We believe you are newly graduated and have a Bachelor's within Systems or Computer Science, Electrical/Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering. We would also like you to have good passionate technical hands-on IT knowledge. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
As a person you are driven, communicative, thorough and quality conscious. It 's important that you are able to work independently as well as great cooperative skills as well as being results-oriented. You should have a big interest in working with improvements, a distinct analytical side and feel comfortable within a social and flexible role.
