Now we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to help us make a difference in the world.
About the job
As a Quality Project Manager you have an important role to secure the high-quality product PureBallast. The product quality team are turning claims into improvement projects and drive changes to improve our product and gain satisfied customers. You will initiate, influence and drive projects in order to secure the highest quality for our product.
Key tasks:
* Initiate and lead quality improvement projects for your team
* Gather information, make problem analyses and summaries
* Obtain feedback from market on quality issues
* Work internally and externally with an expanding, global business
* Work with claims and follow up on claim investigation
What you know
You hold a university degree in engineering. You have a natural interested in technology, logistics, quality improvements and statistics. English, both verbal and written is a demand. Swedish is a merit. Knowledge about our PureBallast product is a merit.

You have the right attitude towards quality issues with an urge to change and improve our processes and products. You are a structured team-player who takes initiative to deliver high quality service in an international environment.
To succeed in the role, you are outgoing and easy to work with and have the ability to create participation and commitment.

The PureBallast product is marketed and sold entirely by Alfa Laval and you will act within the global Alfa Laval organization, with many international contacts, both internally and externally.
