About the job
In this position, you focus significantly on developing, maintaining and improving the quality of our units both in Gimo and Westminster. You ensure that quality assurance routines and processes are in place and create a quality culture by developing awareness within the unit. Reviewing and improving methods, tools, and processes is also included in your work area, as well as exploring opportunities and conducting root cause analysis and problems in complex issues. You communicate complex issues to a variety of receivers, enabling them to take necessary actions and provide support with best practices in quality. You support quality issues globally - for both our factories in Gimo and Westminster, US.
The location for this role is Gimo and travelling is a natural part of your job, mainly to Westminster, US. We offer the possibility to work remotely one day a week.
About you
We're looking for someone with a university degree within Engineering, preferably Quality Management, or equivalent knowledge gained from work. We believe that you have several years of experience in a professional role within manufacturing, with preference in Quality function. You're an inclusive leader and driven by quality improvements. Being results-oriented, motivated and having the ability to work both independently and in groups are qualities we value for this job. As we work in a global environment, you're fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
