hela Sverige Our client, who is one of the world's largest and most broadly based healthcare company are now looking for a Quality Operations Manager to one of the world's largest and most broadly based healthcare company, Initial duration is three months but can extended but the assigment can be extended.
Objectives of the Position
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the business so that AMO Uppsala AB and UQ's goals regarding quality & compliance, delivery security and cost efficiency are achieved.
• Resource management for QA / QS Quality Assurance
• Personnel responsibility for QA / QS Quality Assurance
• Member of the Quality Function's management team and Quality Management Team
• The areas of responsibilities:
• Release. Ensure that necessary tests and inspections are performed for product, raw materials / input materials, media and manufacturing processes.
• Validation. Ensure / maintain validated and qualified processes in manufacturing
• Document management. Ensure that appropriate routines and controls are implemented
• Complaint handling. Ensure investigation and documentation of complaints within AMO Uppsala AB
• Labeling processing. Ensure that the necessary routines and controls are implemented to establish, maintain and change printed material used in AMO Uppsala's manufacturing
• Administration of document management support systems (Agile) and training support systems (Compliance Wire). Ensure that appropriate routines and controls are implemented
Qualifications
• Five years academic college education with pharmaceutical, science or technical specialization (or equivalent)
• Relevant Leadership training .(leadership management between 1-3 years)
• At least three to five years of work experience from quality work in a quality-certified laboratory or manufacturing industry.(ISO and GMP requirements, ISO13485 apply to Uppsala site, Medical Devices)
• Approximately three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other process industry- Experience of project management
• Experience of personal managemen
• Good GMP / ISO knowledge, as well as knowledge of regulations and guidances (eg CFR, pharmacopoeias)
• Good IT skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing
