Main duties:
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for BRIOs product safety and quality management process and daily execution to secure the needed compliance with BRIO, legal demands, policies and COC. In this responsibility lies to develop efficient procedures for verification of supplier compliance with quality and safety requirements. Also to review worldwide claim reports and lead the risk assessment process, validating the mindset on this continuously through different resources. You will also be the system owner of BRIOs management system and lead internal audits, after which you will mandate to set demands for improvement. You will also be the person in the company who is updated on laws and standards applicable for the products and implement and verify routines to fulfill these legal standards. Another area of your expertise will be to lead the CSR and sustainability work at BRIO. There will be some travelling in this position, to production sites in China and Europe amongst other.
Qualifications:
We believe that to be the right candidate you have senior experience within the Quality & Safety field, at least 7 to 10 years. You also have extensive experience in Production Management, Standardization and Legal compliance as well as Documentation. You have worked with ISO 9001 and 14001.
Your educational background is some form of higher education within for example engineering, management systems or quality. You feel completely comfortable with both the Swedish and English language both orally and in writing.
You want to be a an important player in a small company on the rise and love being hands on. A drive for change comes naturally to you, as does being prestigeless, service minded, dedicated and communicative. Your typical way of working is analytical, strategic, goal oriented and decisive with a holistic view of the operation. Your experience within the field makes you comfortable in creating new processes and getting the rest of the organization on board with these and you would love to take ownership of them and leave your mark.
You also feel passion for the BRIO brand!
It is meritorious if you have experience in Project Management, within the toy or children's product industry and/or in the Mandarin or Cantonese language.
