We manufacture disinfection equipment (flushers and washers), with mainly welding and assembly operations, for the medtech industry. We belong to Getinge Group, that is a leading global medical technology company.
Getinge Disinfection AB is now looking for a local Quality & Regulatory Manager for the factory in Växjö.
Job description
As Quality & Regulatory Manager for Getinge Disinfection, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing QMS certification according to ISO 9001, 13485, CMDCAS, MDD and compliance to US Food and Drug Administration's QSR requirements. You will implement Quality Policies, Quality Objectives and procedures compliant with our global quality system and ensure that it is understood and followed at all levels of the organization. You will be part of the local Executive Management Team and be the representative for QMS & EMS. The position is responsible for 10 employees. You report to the Managing Director in Växjö, and have a dotted line to VP Quality & Regulatory Compliance in Getinge.
Qualifications and characteristics
We are looking for you with minimum 5 years of quality compliance management experience in the medical device industry with a good understanding of production and supply chain. An exam in engineering, science or equal is desirable. We assume that you have experience as Quality System Lead auditor from your previous positions. Experience in applicable regulations and standards are desirable (e.g. QSR, ISO 13485, CMDCAS and MDD) as well as good knowledge of Risk Management, ISO 14971 and risk analysis tools. It's important that you have knowledge and experience of working with quality tools, for example Lean Manufacturing. You have an ability to plan, lead, take action and drive change towards set goals, quality consciousness and culture. The position requires a structured and systematic approach. You are a people's person with good cooperation skills who likes to inspire and motivate others. You are pedagogical and a good communicator verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.
The position
The position is permanent at 100 %. Working hours are based on daytime. Access as soon as possible or according to agreement.
