Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment lead and manage the sourcing, production, installation and commissioning of Tetra Pak packaging lines until final acceptance by the customer.
Based in Lund, Sweden, you will be part of the Capital Equipment Sealing & Creasing that is responsible for supply of all sealing and creasing equipment to the global Tetra Pak organisation. You will work with cross-functional continuous improvement processes. The remaining two-thirds of your job will be evenly distributed between and running our management system and line management responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Lead and drive the continuous improvements of quality and administrative processes
• Manage our quality management system
• Lead and develop a group in a small production line
Publiceringsdatum2008-10-15KvalifikationerYou are an analytical person with a strong internal drive. Being a listener and a clear communicator you feel at ease both as a team leader and a team player. Working with continuous improvements comes naturally for you since quality and effectiveness are two main attributes describing you.
You bring more than three years of experience with the design of processes within a production environment and have solid experience with quality control. You are used to work process oriented and are familiar with using a coaching style when supporting your organisation towards greater effectiveness and quality consciousness. You hold an engineering degree and are fluent in verbal and written English.
