hela Sverige Your main objective will be to drive our development within Quality & Opex and take us to the Next level. Furthermore, you will work hands-on with improvements of quality management, develop quality strategies and drive their implementation.
You will be member of the Global HVDC Service management team and report directly to the Global Service manager. You will report functionally to the Global Quality manager and be a part of the Global Quality management team.

To thrive in this position, you need to be a team player with great leadership skills. Equally important are your strong drive, stamina and accuracy.
First and foremost, you most likely hold a university degree in Engineering or equivalent. You have combined that with at least five years' experience from quality management. Leadership and intercultural experience, knowledge of standards and regulations such as ISO 9001:2015 as well as quality management specific tools and methods are also required. Great presentation and moderation skills are also a must, whereas former experience of working as Quality Manger is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, whereas Swedish or another Scandinavian language will be to your advantage.

You will be part of HVDC within the Power Grid division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems.
