hela Sverige We are looking for an OPEX Specialist, who is driven by improving processes. You will drive actions to improve quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability within the local business. It will be your responsibility to combine technical knowledge with people and organizational skills to analyze, drive and solve systematic quality issues in cross functional teams, often together with our suppliers. We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader with not only the subject matter expertise in continuous improvement methods, but also the mind set and soft skills required to drive change without authority. You will serve as change agent including coaching other employees regarding continuous improvement. Technical knowledge, analysis skills and ability to drive and close systematic quality issues are required, to be successful is this role. You have a good understanding of formal standards for quality (ISO 9001). Professional experience from driving projects with Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodology is an advantage. Preferably you also have a Green Belt or Black Belt in L6S. You hold a University degree in Quality Engineering or similar and have excellent command of written and spoken English and Swedish. You are a flexible person who easily adapts to new situations. It is important that you are customer focused, to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring both satisfaction and a continuous business relationship.
You will be part of FACTS, a business unit within the Power Grids division in Västerås. FACTS technology enables power system owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The end result is that more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environment impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs. At FACTS we develop and sell this ground-breaking technology to customers worldwide.
