THIS IS US, YOUR NEW COLLEAGUES AND THE JOB THAT AWAITS YOU
The entire factory consists of approximately 150 employees, both white-collar workers and collective employees.
As head of the quality and environment department, you are responsible for a team of approx. 11 people. The position includes both personnel-, budget- and work environment responsibilities. In the role of Quality & Environment Manager, you are part of the factory's management team. This means that your task will also include the responsibility of contributing to the development of the business as a whole.
YOUR ROLE
The responsibility as Quality & Environment Manager includes, among other things, leading and developing daily operations in the quality department as well as driving and developing the overall quality and environment strategy in the plant. The work also involves initiating and driving process improvements and ensuring that we get a learning organization in the area of quality, environment and work environment. You will also be responsible for quality, environment, and work environment management systems, internal audits and systematically run root cause analyzes for quality deviations and implement lasting corrective measures. The role as Quality & Environment Manager also includes ensuring the right quality for the customer and being our contact person when it comes to quality and environmental issues both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, it is meritorious with a BSc in the area of quality/environment or equivalent
Good ability to develop and motivate staff
Good ability to collaborate and build relationships
Previous experience from a managerial position
Experience of working with quality, environment and/or sustainability
Knowledge of quality- and environmental management systems is advantageous
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
