Quality Manager
As the Quality Manager of Tap Changers you will create prerequisites for products and manufacturing without unexpected deviations or stops, as well as help our customers to always be satisfied with our work.
Your team conducts quality work and together you are experts and advisors in all quality parameters, focusing on implementing corrective actions and strategic improvements.
The following indicators will give you an overview of the status of your area of responsibility:
• Customer non conformity [Incoming, Open, Completed within time]
• Number of completed and implemented improvements [piece]
• Stop time [hours] and cost of poor quality [SEK]
You will be part of the Tap Changers Management team and report to the Tap Changers Business Unit Manager.
Your ability to handle many contact areas and build successful relationships both internally and externally will be crucial to the outcome of your team's work.
We maintain a high rate of improvement. The position holder should enjoy taking responsibility and working at a high pace, be flexible in handling both small and more complex challenges. We have a familiar collaborative culture where we help and stand up for each other.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience and/or education in the field of quality
• Good knowledge of English in both writing and speech
• Higher or university education as well as experience with quality systems and/or our products is an advantage

Our success is built on cooperation and good relationships, so you should love teamwork and working with people. You should have a natural instinct to deliver results and complete started work tasks.
