hela Sverige You will be a key resource within the business unit in driving the improvement work in Sweden, and in close cooperation with colleagues globally. The role is a part of the management team in Lighting and reports to the BU President.
Main tasks include:
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained
• Report to management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
• Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process
• Work with supplier sites to assess, improve and maintain quality level
• Support and maintain customer claims process
Do you want to take part in securing quality throughout the process of product development, production, sales and customer support of advances electronical and LED solutions with the lighting business?
You hold a Master's degree in Electronics, ideally with a few years experience with improvement work in a similar role. New graduates will be considered. Some experience in managing & prioritizing a portfolio of projects is an advantage.
