Responsibility
Working at KROHNE INOR is characterized by teamwork and open communication across departments. As Quality Manager, you will work cross-functionally with colleagues in the whole company. This is a broad role covering both strategic and operational tasks. Among others, your responsibility will include:
Maintaining and developing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Taking care of the Environmental and Sustainability Management System (ISO 14001)
Managing the Quality process, including root cause of customer complaints
Managing the continuous improvement process
Handling internal and external audits
Risk assessments regarding for example chemicals, explosives and minerals
A lot of emphasis will be put on furthering a culture where Quality is present in the entire company. You are reporting directly to the KROHNE INOR Managing Director, based in Malmö, and you meet regularly with the KROHNE Group Quality Director.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced candidate with 10-15 years' experience. You have been employed in a couple of different companies, preferably technically oriented. We believe you have an Engineering degree within Electronics or Mechanics, together with a good technical understanding. There are certain areas we would like you to be familiar with, such as: RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals and handling of chemicals. As a Quality Manager, it comes natural to you to work with Quality tools such as 5S, 8D, FMEA, SixSigma and Ishikawa. Most probably you are used to use Quality Management IT systems and software. Furthermore, you have good skills in both Swedish and English language, written and spoken. Additional language skills such as German are seen as an advantage.
Personality
Your personality can best be described as pragmatic and structured. You might be demanding, and you challenge existing truths, but you are at the same time supportive, coaching and collaborative. You are an excellent communicator and you can manage different opinions and stakeholders cross-functionally by adapting your message depending on the recipient, from operators in the production to the MD. Your pragmatic and inspiring attitude makes people perceive the Quality Management System as something useful. You have an ability and willingness to take on and comprehend new regulations. For you, good is not enough - excellence drives you forward!
