hela Sverige We are looking for a quality manager in Sweden, Finland, or Hungary. As a global quality manager, you will drive the development of the company?s global management system, planning all major related activities, such as reviews, setting goals, updating plans, and so on. You will cooperate with management and staff of the company, as well as external parties related to the management system. You will be a key contributor to the success of the company.
Basic qualifications
• Able to plan, perform, and follow up your own work without support
• Flexible and perceptive of business requirements
• Business view on implementation of new and changing ISO requirements in the operation. What is a needed and what is ?nice to have?
• Creative and propose improvements and rationalizations
• Make processes intuitive to follow, reflect best practice, and let ISO follow the operation
• Able to make ISO requirements understandable for employees
• Follow up on suggestions, risk assessments, issues, and audits
• Able to travel to China, Hungary, Finland, and Sweden regularly
• Detailed and exact in your work
Preferred additional skills, personal traits, and experience
• Good public speaker
• Able to read, understand, and explain legal texts
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standards and process development
• Help people with required tasks so we comply to ISO requirements
