This position will be located in Falkenberg, Sweden.The Production management team, that the Quality Manager is part of, is an international team, which brings diversity of thought which we believe is the way to be a successful and high performing team. Therefore, much of the communication within the management team is in English. It is very important to build strong relationships inside of the production team, but also ensure continuous improvement cross functionally with other internal stakeholders (e.g. commercial, logistic, procurement) and customers. We also see that you are strong in analytics, lean tools as RCAs and always see the bigger picture as well as can lead leaders in a successful manner Primary responsibilitiesResponsible for developing overall Quality strategy across sites (Falkenberg and Ramlösa).Ensuring development of IMS with stronger integration of external requirements into internal IMS (Pepsi requirements, Organic Products (Eco/BIO) requirements etc.) acting as Management representative for IMS.Ensure that all Carlsberg Quality systems standards and methods, tools and processes are implemented in accordance with regional and global agreements.Demanding and Driving Excellence as a way to accelerate improvement in overall quality performance reflecting in improved customers satisfaction and cost.Ensuring problem solving methodologies are used to resolve all quality related challenges, working on it cross-departmentally and cross-functionally.End-to-End oversight from suppliers and incoming materials, to transportation and distribution of finished products to customers.Responsible for the development of people in line with company guidelines - competencies and skills are developed and progressed to an agreed department vision.Perform Quality trainings and provide constant coaching to functional leaders and their teams primarily focused on consistently delivering finished product meeting all Carlsberg standards and specifications. Contributing to the development of overall production strategy as part of the site senior management team.Member of Quality community exchanging the knowledge and experience, best practices, between local and international colleagues.RequirementsIt is absolutely mandatory to have strong process knowledge in all or majority of liquid categories as B&P/Soft Drinks/Ciders/RTD/Water production as packaging processes (PET, RGB/OWG, DM, CAN, KEG) to ensure good discussions, good support to core business, efficient problem solving and troubleshooting, improving overall Quality Agenda and minimizing cost related to poor Quality. Should act as Senior Quality Business Partner for the whole organization.It is mandatory to have experience in leading overall quality Agenda: ISO systems and IMS integration (ISO 9001, FSSC, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 - new ISO 45001)Preferably Master 's degree (mininum BSc) in Food Technology, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering with equivalent work experience in process areas and in quality (minimum 3 years in each).You have an extensive experience from other production - related positions and experience of working with union relations and negotiations.You need to have good language skills in Swedish and English.We search for a candidate with strong capacity for overall strategic thinking with Global view, driving excellence in processes to deliver results supported by strong analytics and senior leadership skills.You are demonstrating well developed interpersonal skills and excellent work in a structured and systematic way.Welcome with your application no later than May 2, 2019.If you have any questions about this position, please reach out to our Production director Ivanka Peric
