Volvo Construction Equipment's global core plant for driveline components, such as transmissions and axles, in Eskilstuna is a versatile operation with over 700 team members. We are all part of the manufacturing of high tech machines that brings value to societies all over the world. This is your role
As our Quality Manager at Operations Eskilstuna, you will have a key role in the on-going transformation of the business. You will be a true partner to all parts of the organization, locally as well as globally. To drive, support and secure alignment with our global quality road map are important parts of your everyday work. It will be your responsibility to lead and coordinate the quality work at our plant, and to drive both strategic and tactical development within quality. You will be a member of the Operations Eskilstuna Management Team, as well as having a team of direct reports, which you will be responsible to lead and develop.

We are looking for you who are driven, and who wants to contribute to our exciting journey. You have a university degree within a relevant area and most likely experience from a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. You bring skills in quality, have a sense for accuracy, a strong integrity and a pragmatic approach. As a curious, down to earth person who have a strong drive to inspire and carry forward your solid quality knowledge to others you will have a good foundation for becoming successful in this position. Having daily interactions with multiple stakeholders, you have great people skills, ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing. You communicate fluently in English, and have the willingness and ambition to learn Swedish apace.
