hela Sverige We are looking for a Quality Manager who contributes to Etteplan's growth and development. Main responsibilities cover developing and maintaining Etteplan's ways of working as well as deploying these ways of working in Etteplan's operations in Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands to assure that our services comply with quality requirements and meet our customers' expectations.
Etteplan operates currently in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and in China. You will work together with our Swedish and global expertise organization consisting of service minded and professional engineers and staff functions. Position is preferably located in Stockholm but could also be located in other Etteplan offices in Sweden. The work requires travelling in Sweden and also other Etteplan's locations mainly in Europe. The main responsibilities for the Quality Manager include the following areas:
* Develop and implement the company's processes, systems and ways of working
* Managing internal and external audits and maintaining quality and environmental certifications.
* Managing and developing quality and environmental related processes, systems and tools
* Active cooperation with business/operations to identify new development needs
* Supporting business/operations by deploying processes and tools in customer services.
Qualifications and Experience
* Master of Engineering or Economics degree
* Minimum of three years' experience from a similar position with English as working language. Engineering service business experience is an advantage
* Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard is an advantage
* Ability to motivate and energize with positive energy and drive
* Ability to effectively apply and support others to apply systematic ways of working
* Can effectively present to large groups. Is influencing and inspiring
* Analytical and structured approach to work
* Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft SharePoint experience is an advantage
