What you will be a part of
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
Airborne ISR (business unit within Support & Services) is expanding with multiple major aircraft modification projects. Our project quality managers are organised within the staff function and are working in our projects.
You will be part of an experienced but small team working in a fast and expanding business focusing on continous improvement with high energy. We spare no effort to improve. Communication and cooperation are key words and our well beeing is always in focus.
Your role
Since you will be a vital part of the project management team, there is great opportunity to make a difference.
Your future challenges will be to:
Be the driver of continous improvements and our ways of working.
Support the project manager in all quality releated issues as.
Build a strong network with key decisionmakers throughout the orginasation, also outside the project.
Become a recognised member in a tight and high performing team.
Your skills and experience
We belivie you have a strong commitment for continous improvements with a desire to make it your career.
You have a curious mind that works in a very structural way suited for both major technical projects as well as understanding how to drive orginizational change.
The ability to work well with many different people and proffessions is a key to sucess and excellent communication skills is required.
A recent university degree that includes courses in quality management is required preferable with some kind of job experience or thesis.
