Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. From enhancing the way service providers engage with their customers to automating operations, we're helping service providers reach new levels of programmability, access and agility - levels that digital natives call home. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G.
Ongoing digitalization, together with virtualization and the introduction of 5G is driving new opportunities for service providers. It gives possibilities to capitalize on the investments better by programming and slicing 4G and 5G networks for specific consumer and industry needs. It also gives possibilities to automate operations and become radically more efficient, and to serve and engage with customers digitally.
Ericsson products and services are to a large extent delivered to our customers as projects. Very high customer demands for in-time with quality deliveries combined with an increased pace of new functionality releases in our SW products are creating needs to become even better in following up quality delivered to customer and detecting any issues early in project lifecycles. In Digital Services we are establishing a global methodology for IT-based quality tracking and digital analytics to be used in customer project governance. This will enable Customer Project Managers and project decision makers in Customer Units to monitor the need for any corrective actions in time.
You will be responsible to drive progress in our global community in this area. It is a role which very much means driving progress through interaction with others; delivery responsible people in Market Areas, IT tool owners and a customer project management knowledge is very important. Own experience as Program Director or Customer Project Manager is a good personal asset for this role.
Responsibilities:
Support Head of Program Operations in driving DGS: next QM workstream for pre-Sales and Delivery of customer projects
Collaborate with QM drivers in all MA DGS PMOs and BA SDU to reach DGS::next objectives
Be an ambassador for high quality customer projects, owning and maintaining the DGS QM global definitions
Work closely with process- and IT tool owners to secure efficient process and digitally automated data flow
Initiate and follow up project pilots and monitor how adoption, feedback and value achieved is progressing and take proactive actions where needed
Continuously inform Head of Program Operations of progress and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications:
University degree/MBA in Business or Engineering / ICT
Experience from customer project management in DGS/IT environment and knowledge about Ericsson processes and IT tools for that
Experience from Quality Management; Key metrics, Assurance and Control processes from Ericsson and as defined by e.g. PMI
Experience in customer and stakeholder management in complex and diverse business environments
Results oriented change driver with a track record of delivering results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:
Competence in digitalization techniques, automation, machine learning and visualizations
Experience from agile ways of working and change management in agile deliveries / projects
