We are searching for a Quality Manager
Main responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to improve, assure and control the quality in all processes. The position has to act in a very proactive manner and cooperate with all departments. He/she should be able to deal with both hands-on tasks as well as strategic issues. The position is responsible for creating reports, showing current status, trends and progress with regards to quality aspects. He/she shall also coordinate the need of quality improvements together with the suppliers.
The basic task is to maintain the quality certificates for both ISO 9000 and 14000 and to lead implementation of supplier quality improvements.
The position requires a very driven person able to approach different people/suppliers, in order to obtain attention to the quality aspects, of each process. The position reports to the CFO.
The Quality Manager will adopt a quality approach that focuses on external and internal customer satisfaction. This requires somebody able to deal with urgent tasks, in a project, as well as creating a system, which has strategic impact on how we deal with quality issues.
Applicants to this position should have the following qualifications:
• relevant education, with a university degree
• previous experience from quality positions is desired
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• customer and supplier orientated and organized
• previous experience from dealing with suppliers
