Business Unit High Speed Separators: We develop and supply High speed separators for a vast number of applications such as Brewery, Dairy and Life science
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a solid background in Quality system management and with experience from Life science industry who can help us meet customer expectations. We believe you have a track record in developing effective quality management systems, driving change & improvements and change leadership.
You are organized and conscientious, and you probably enjoy helping people to create structure and clarity. To be successful you like to finish what you start, you deliver on time, and you make sure that other people see the benefit of new ways of working.
About the job
You will manage our Quality management system (QMS) and be responsible for ISO 9001 compliance in our complete business unit for separators also including products and processes in the Life science area.
Your focus and main tasks will be:
* Lead the separator business unit in implementing a solid quality management system.
* Implement, maintain and monitor processes and procedures in some areas.
* Work closely with all departments in the Business unit: R&D, Service, Sales, Product management, Engineering & supply & Operations.
* Support the organization during audits.
* Contribute to the development of product compliance towards Life Science demands.
* Drive improvements for our QMS and support organization in closing deviations.
* Develop and review quality agreements with customers and suppliers.
What you know
* A few years hands on quality work with ISO 9001 standards. (ISO13485 or cGMP framework is an advantage)
* Experience in working with product quality, preferably within a regulated industry such as Medical device or Biopharma.
* Certified Lead auditor is a "plus".
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
* Leadership skills is an advantage.
