hela Sverige As a Quality Management Engineer your main focus lies on standardizing and streamlining work methods. This is a role that holds a variety of duties and responsabilities which makes the daily work interesting and diverse!
Your role
As a Quality Management Engineer, your role is a supporting function. You help the organisation develop so that we together can become successful as a company. You are expected to drive your assignments independently to achieve set goals, however in constant cooperation with other colleagues and coworkers in different areas and at different levels in the company.
If allocated to a specific project as a project quality manager, you monitor the projects quality compliance. Some of the duties would be to assist the project manager in preparing and updating quality plans as vwell as other relevant documentation. Also to monitor deviation handling and compile reports.
Your main tasks are to:
* Review how working methods is described in our Quality Management System and that these conform to reality.
* Ensure that processes and requirements are followed by the organization.
* Develop and maintain routines in order to ensure compliance.
* Plan and conduct internal audits as part of our audit team.
* Initiate improvement needs and support the organization in their improvement work.
Placement for this position is Malmö or Karlskrona. Travels between these sites are frequent. Business trips to other locations within Saab may occur.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are result and solution oriented with excellent analytical skills.
You need to be able to observe the various aspects carefully and also have a keen eye for detail work. To be successful in this role, it 's a must you enjoy collaborating with others and are able to network and build long lasting realationships.
Required skills:
* Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in the quality field
* Experience of quality assurance and audit management
* Background from similar work and responsability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
* Knowledge regarding standards ISO9001
Desired skills:
* Knowledge regarding quality standards ISO 31000, -27001, -14001, -45001 -15288 and AQAP2110, -2105.
* Experience from the marine sector
* Experience of quality control
* Driving licence B
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
